Weekly Devotionals for a Month of Thanksgiving

I went to grocery store today and wadded through boxes upon boxes of Christmas goodies piled up between the sad remnants of superfluous Halloween candy.  As anxious as I always am to put in my favorite collection of Christmas classics (I will admit I was humming along with Bing this afternoon as I put together my little penguin friends for a party tonight), I always wish we could pause and savor the time set aside for giving thanks.

To help my family start our holiday season off with a spirit of gratitude, I have put together a set of weekly devotionals for the month of November, focusing each week on a specific blessing I am grateful for: For God and Religious Freedom, For Family, For Home, and For the Lord's Bounty.  Each devotional includes classic artwork, a song, scriptures, and a story, followed by several activities to choose from to help your family focus on gratitude during the week.  You will find a link to the PDF below, as well as links to some of the digital materials and additional links for some of the supplemental activities.  Please feel free to share this with others and may the Lord bless you and yours this holiday season.
